— Assessments & Therapies — Whole Health Assessment
Assessments are completed by a holistic medical doctor, a naturopathic practitioner, a nutritionist and an acupuncturist. We complete the Whole Health Assessment with cutting-edge technologies to measure the more subtle data of your physical health, using both the BioMeridian Stress Assessment tools and software, and Live Blood Cell Examination. Holistic assessments take approximately 3–4 hours, depending on which tests are needed. Once the assessments, exams and testing are complete, we develop a customized treatment plan for you. BioMeridian Stress Assessment
The strength of this assessment protocol lies in its ability to combine multiple sources of patient information to assist the practitioner in identifying the optimal treatment protocol. Live Blood Examination
By observing the living red cells, we can tell a lot about the current state of metabolism in general, and of the digestive system in particular. Observing the white blood cells gives us a reading on the state of the immune system, while the pattern of microbes tells us if disease is overwhelming the body's defenses. Nutritional imbalances can cause mental and emotional symptoms, including mood swings, structural/musculoskeletal symptoms, optical symptoms (such as difficulty with night vision), and many other symptoms, such as weight gain, fatigue, pain, etc. We can order the blood work for you, or you can supply recent test results to us for analysis. We also use a special software program that analyzes nutritional intake and provides a detailed profile of deficiencies. Whether the goal is weight loss or healing, this program allows us to plan highly customized diets, targeting the specific needs of each person.

In order to determine your individual treatment needs, we start with a comprehensive, holistic assessment. This includes an initial video interview (yours to keep), 15 minutes of guided meditation, and multiple assessments by our health professionals. 
This is a one-hour assessment by one of our two medical physicians. You’ll receive a complete physical exam, along with whatever lab tests may be deemed appropriate by the doctor. With your help, our physicians will determine a tailored protocol to best serve your needs.
Recognized and used around the world for its effectiveness as a diagnostic tool, the BioMeridian Stress Assessment measures energy flow at specific points throughout the physical system. Different meridians (energy pathways) that compass the entire body are associated with different bodily organs. By measuring particular points along these meridians, we can determine potential areas of imbalance.
A drop of live blood from a finger is illuminated on a slide with a dark-field microscope. This process makes the various components of the blood phosphorescent against a dark background, outlining the particles and formations within the cell. This allows the living components to be viewed via live video. Standard testing does not use live blood, and therefore is limited.
